This patient has had gastric issues for years which has damaged the enamel on her teeth and caused them to thin and crack. Six all-porcelain Empress crowns were placed and a night guard was fabricated.

Our patient came to us after years of dealing with neglect and pain. He was ashamed of his smile and fearful of dentists. We put him at ease and assured him we could remove the pain and transform his smile. Six teeth had endodontic therapy, Periodontal therapy was performed and eight porcelain crowns were placed. He no longer avoids the dentist and is diligent about his care and his recall appointments.

Our patient came to us because he had not smiled much in a very long time. Our patient received a full mouth reconstruction, "teeth in a day," with treatment including partial upper denture, two anterior porcelain crowns and Periodontal therapy. He is now seen coming into the office with a smile so wide it is infectious. He says he's now living the dream!

Our long time patient who had always disliked her smile had discolored teeth and a "gummy smile". Crown lengthening procedures were done on the maxilla. Sixteen porcelain veneers and four porcelain crowns were placed. She is ecstatic about the result and this "after" picture was taken 6 years later. She states, with hugs and tears that she always wanted a beautiful smile and now she has it!
